I'm here to offer a calm, non-judgmental space where we can gently explore whatever you're carrying and find ways to feel more grounded.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent twenty years in the high-pressure film industry. I understand how chronic stress, long hours, burnout, and people-pleasing can quietly affect wellbeing, mood, and sense of self.
In our work together, we'll look at what's underneath the stress, anxiety, or stuck places, while also building practical tools you can use in daily life. There will also be room for identity, relationships, and anything you've been carrying alone.
As a queer counsellor, I offer an affirming space for 2SLGBTQIA+ clients, where there may be some shared understanding.
My hope is that you leave each session feeling clearer and steadier.
