More than just talk.
Are life's demands feeling hard to manage? Grappling with anxiety, low moods, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to shift? Or maybe on paper things look fine, but something just feels off?
I'm here to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can explore these challenges and help you get unstuck. I also specialize in supporting gay and queer clients - especially around identity, relationships, shame, and belonging. You deserve more than just coping - you deserve a life that feels authentically yours.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent 20 years in the high-pressure film industry, so I deeply understand the impact of chronic stress, long hours, burnout, and people-pleasing on wellbeing, identity, and recovery.
In our work together, we'll gently uncover the roots beneath your stress, anxiety, depression, or stuck places, while building practical tools for real change. We'll also create room for identity, relationships, authenticity, and whatever you've been carrying alone.
My goal is that you leave sessions feeling more grounded, clearer, and truly yourself.
If this resonates, reach out by email to book a free 15-minute consultation. I'd be glad to connect.
